The Grace Care Team serves a wide verity of individuals connected to our church. One group is those that are elderly or home bound. We want to BE THE CHURCH and need volunteers that are willing to “adopt” a senior. We will deliver goodies to elderly or home-bound individuals, directly to their homes, as well as provide fellowship and prayer. This will coincide with thanksgiving and Christmas but we are hopeful that YOU will keep in touch throughout the year!
